Deadpool (2016) is capitalism with a smirking face.

David Foster Wallace was not even a bad writer.

Beauty is the one sin that the Average American of today cannot forgive.

  3. I agree with your points about Freud, sexual abuse and seduction theory, but would go a bit further. Remembering and misremembering (i.e., developing a fantasy) are not mutual exclusive, as you say, but there can also be remembering of real trauma without unconscious elaboration / distortion, and, the case freud focused on most after rejecting seduction theory – the fantasy without any real event behind it. this is what makes this issue complex, and legally and psychologically difficult to disentangle.
